Labors of Love
December 2021, our first dream of In Harmony came alive. Since then, we’ve devoted to the practice of sound meditation.
After two years of deep practice on one other, close family/friends, and our lifelong dedication to music, we are eager to vibrate these healing tones out into our community and beyond!
Why Sound Baths?
With sound being the vibrational force of matter, we are constantly surrounded by sound. Sound waves that we can feel, hear and those inaudible to us impact our energetic fields and even deeper into our bodies and minds. Tones and frequencies have the power to alter one’s emotional, mental, and physical state.
There are many immediate and long term benefits to attending a sound bath. Sound has a tremendous influence over our functionality, affecting us on a cellular level. Impacting how we feel and function. Sound baths use vibrational frequency to help reduce stress and create a sense of deep peace and well being for better health. This allows the body’s energy to be naturally restored and retuned to the natural stress-free rhythm.

In Harmony (Stephanie and Andrew) is a passionate and dedicated pair of life-long musicians, educators, and space holders. With the combined accolades of professional stage and studio musicians, we also hold certifications in music performance, music education, sound healing, mental health first aid, trauma-informed yoga, and reiki.
